Las Vegas Apartments: A Little Less Empty

Las Vegas apartments are a little less empty than they were in January – dropping from a 9.9% vacancy rate to 9.6%.

An article on the Las Vegas Review-Journal Web site says that the drop comes from people moving out of their homes into apartments.

With all the forclosures in the economy, apartments could fill up, but a 9.6 vacancy rate in apartments is still pretty high . . .
