8) The Affordability Of The City
For the size of Las Vegas and the rate that it’s growing, the city is still an affordable place to live. Here you’ll find the average cost of an apartment to be $1,192. Compared to places in California cities that can be over double that price.
9) A Great Place To Retire
There are many great reasons to spend your senior years in the city. While the amazing weather can be a reason to draw you in, it’s hardly the only one. Living on a fixed income is very much doable thanks to the low cost of living and no state income tax.
